The Best Gifts for Expecting Moms

Baby Book — The Story of You — If the new mom in your life loves to document this is a beautiful gift from Artifact Uprising. It is on my wishlist this year!

Photo Shoot — While I am not normally a big fan of gift certificates I make an exception here. A photo shoot either for pregnancy or newborn shoot is a perfect and thoughtful gift for moms to be that will last a lifetime.

Prenatal Massage — This is a wonderful way to pamper a pregnant mom. Be sure to go to someone who specializes in prenatal massage.

What to Eat When You’re Pregnant — This is a great book because it highlights the most important foods to eat for each week of pregnancy and provides some pretty delicious recipes.

BLANQI leggings — Let’s face it, there are never enough leggings for a pregnant mama. These leggings are great quality and super comfortable.

Bellefit Postpartum Corset — A postpartum corset can help with childbirth recovery. I know I have one on my list!

Bump Box — If you are looking for a subscription option Bump Box has tons of options. These are curated specifically for the different points of pregnancy and motherhood.

Hospital Robe and Swaddle Set — Help a mom feel beautiful after labor and delivery by gifting her a beautiful robe and matching swaddle set.

Barefoot Dreams Cardi and Socks — These super soft and comfortable items are sure to be popular with expecting moms. During pregnancy, at the hospital, and postpartum these will be go-to items.

Camera and Photography Lessons — I wish I knew what I knew now about photography. We bought a cheap camera at the last minute before Aiden was born and I regret not having a nice camera for the hospital and the first several months. A nice camera is a great group gift option. It also helps to learn how to use the camera. I love this online photography course for moms!

Melissa

Hi, I’m Melissa! I am a mama to an energetic toddler, a wife to my amazing husband Dan, and I work full-time as a meeting planner. I started this blog because, after having my little guy, I quickly learned that exhaustion and baby brain causes you to forget some of the amazing (sometimes horrible and sometimes wonderful) details related to the first several months of raising a baby. Considering we may have more kids in the future, I want to document everything we do, so we remember what worked the first time around, and hopefully help other first time mamas along the way!
