As a full-time working mama with a toddler, there is little time to slow down and relax. Ever since having Aiden I have been extra good about taking vitamins and my go tos include Nature Made® Adult Gummies. I leave for work really early in the morning so I learned quickly what needs to be included in my bag and I make sure everything is packed every night. This post is all about how I survive working mom life and what I include in my everyday bag.
There are several varieties of Nature Made® Adult Gummies to choose from. I take the Nature Made® Vitamin C Adult Gummies and Nature Made® Energy†† B12 Adult Gummies. These seem like the most appropriate for my current stage of life running after an almost-two-year-old. I trust Nature Made® as it is the first gummies to receive USP verification. The U.S. Pharmacopeia Convention (USP) is a third-party nonprofit organization that verifies products for purity, potency, and quality. The fact that they are USP certified gives me peace of mind that I can trust them. Learn more about Nature Made® and USP here.
Nature Made® Vitamin C Adult Gummies helps support my immune system†. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps support the immune system and helps neutralize free radicals in the body.† Vitamin C also aids with the absorption of iron.† It doesn’t hurt that the tangerine flavor is really delicious.
In addition to the Vitamin C, I also take Nature Made® Energy†† B12 Adult Gummies. They contain 1000 mcg vitamin B12 per serving. These also taste really good and come in delicious cherry and mixed berry flavors.
Although Nature Made® Adult Gummies help keep me from slowing down I am still ultra prepared every time I leave the house just in case anything happens. In order to make sure I am prepared I always pack the following items in my bag before I leave the house:
- Nature Made® Vitamin C Adult Gummies
- Nature Made® Energy†† B12 Adult Gummies
- A Healthy Snack (I throw this in last minute)
- Hand wipes
- Emergency Medical Card
In case you don’t already have one I created a free printable emergency medical card that you can download. Having an emergency card is important because if anything should happen to you someone can easily contact help and have all your information ready to go in the event you can’t speak for yourself.
The card is simple to create! Follow these steps:
- Download. Join my list to get the printable as pictured below.
- Print on heavy card stock
- Fill everything out
- Laminate it for extra durability (optional).
For more information Nature Made® has lots of great resources and expert interviews on their YouTube page.
As a working toddler mom, I do not have time to mess around. My working mom life bag is full of things that will keep my healthy and safe while I am out and about which gives me more time to spend with my little guy!
