I love giving thoughtful little gifts around Valentine’s Day to friends and family to let them know how much they mean to us. Aiden loves baking so I thought I would incorporate a weekend activity into a super cute Valentine’s Day gift for his grandparents and child care provider.
We found these super simple Raspberry and Peach Peakcock pies in our Cook by Colours book. We modified the recipe a bit and they came out soooo good.

Once we were done cooking the pies, Aiden taste tested and upon approval, we boxed up the ones going to our day care provider and shipping to family in a Valentine’s Day tin. The ones going to his local grandparents we put on a Valentine’s Day plate. Note: I found tons of cute options for tins, trays, plates in the dollar section of Target!
This little Valentine’s Day dessert was really easy and fun to make for everyone!
