HP Sprocket Review: Why Moms Need This Printer

HP Sproket Review by popular DC mommy blogger Baby Castan on Board

I have SO many pictures on my phone. It’s crazy. Dan actually had to replace the SD card in my phone because I am constantly running out of storage. However, with all the great pictures I have, I never remember to print them out. It’s never convenient and most photo printers don’t connect easily to a cell phone. I don’t think I am alone with this issue. I learned about the HP Sprocket and instantly wanted one! I’m convinced that all moms need one.

HP Sprocket Review: 4 Reasons Why Moms Need It

Baby Books

If you have ever started a baby book you probably know the struggle of taking the time to print pictures out and paste them in the book. By the time you order them it’s usually way past the point where you remember the milestones. Also, baby books aren’t always standard 4×6 photo friendly. The HP Sprocket prints small 2×3 photos instantly from your phone. Baby book making will be so much easier the next time around! The photo paper can be used as a sticker too, so you don’t even need tape.

Personalized Everything

Who doesn’t love personalized everything? Since the photo paper doubles as a sticker, you can decorate notebooks, computers, etc. with fun photos of little ones. You can add fun borders, emojis, and photo captions to your pictures with the free HP Sprocket app.

The HP Sprocket is so small. It fits easily in a diaper bag or purse and it’s lightweight. I love that it can go wherever we go because you never know when you might want to print out a photo. I will also be taking the Sprocket on all our family vacations.

Gifts for Friends and Family

I can’t tell you how many times we are out and about with my family or my in-laws and we get a great picture of Aiden with his grandparents. Then it just lives on my phone forever. With the Sprocket, I can print it and give it to them right there and then!

The HP Sprocket would make an excellent gift for any mom. If you are looking to drop a Mother’s Day gift hint this is a great one. It comes in lots of fun colors (I got the gold) and guys usually get excited about buying technology gifts (at least my guy does 😆 )

Hi, I’m Melissa! I am a mama to an energetic preschooler and newborn, a wife to my amazing husband Dan, and I work full-time as a meeting planner. I started this blog because, after having my first little guy, I quickly learned that exhaustion and baby brain causes you to forget some of the amazing (sometimes horrible and sometimes wonderful) details related to the first several months of raising a baby. Realizing that we would probably have more kids in the future, I wanted to document everything, so we would remember what worked the first time around, and hopefully help other first time mamas along the way!
