Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 Yellow Squash
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 c Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the vegetables in quarters and add to a bowl.

  2. 2. Lightly coat the vegetables with olive oil and a pinch of salt.

  3. 3. Wrap the vegetables in tin foil.

  4. 4. Cook on the grill on indirect heat for 5-8 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  5. 5. Top with a little balsamic vinegar.
